restful sleeps dreamy caress clean environment available staff
the bed gave restful sleeps, a dreamy caress after busy days. i liked the cleanliness present everywhere i looked. every morning, i enjoyed the provided coffee, a warm start to my daily journey. staff members were always available when needed, offering gentle assistance.
a SLIGHT hum from nearby traffic could sometimes be heard faintly.

a shared kitchen offered a coffee maker and ice machine, simple amenities. free coffee and tea were available, a kindness appreciated for morning starts. the kitchen also include a microwave and a fridge, great for making easy meals.

solid stay with a few quirks
comfortable bed nice bathroom clean room
the beds were comfortable. the bathrooms were also quite nice. i found everything to be very clean and tidy. i appreciated the thoughtful layout of the room.
i noticed the walls seemed rather thin. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms more than i would have liked.

friendly reception guest laundry faulty ac lack of fresh air
i found the reception very friendly. they couldn't help us enough and allowed us an extra hour checkout without charge as we were going on a cruise. the guest laundry was also handy.
the ac unit did not work in my room. the window was shut so i had no access to fresh air.

a decent stay
convenient location helpful staff small room unpleasant smell
the location was really convenient , close to market street. the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance with directions.
the room i stayed in was quite small. there was barely any space to open my suitcase properly. also , i noticed an unpleasant smell in the stairwells.
